The successful candidate should demonstrate following:
- strong ability to practice day-to-day operational leadership including active
participation in different departments
- strong ability to implement the business and strategic plans
- strong ability to maintain and keep developing faculty framework
- strong ability to manage forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
- strong ability to represent the institution with different partners (state and private
institutions, national and international)
- strong ability to maintain good relationships with students, faculty and administration
members
- 10+ years of experience in educational institution
- excellent knowledge of foreign education systems
- high level of English (C2) to be able fluently communicate with our international
partners
- university degree - level 7 or higher
