o English on a level of business communication, both written/spoken
o +3 years of experience in operations in a role with ownership of a given domain / project or program results
o Leadership skills: ability to lead & coach local functions
o Very good communication skills
o Structured, analytical thinking
o Advanced user level of any data tool (Excel, Tableau, Metabase, Access…)
o Project management skills (planning/execution/control of a plan in given domain)
o Willingness to travel 2-3 days in week, 1-2 days a week in office with group operations team
o Nice to have:
o Experience with e-commerce, grocery, same-day delivery, JIT
o Any Six Sigma and/or project management certification
o Knowledge of SQL / statistical software / BI software
