We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to perform analysis of the HRIS systems including data integrity monitoring and administration.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation for new employees
Analyse data in HRIS systems
Answers ad hoc queries and prepares reports
Provides technical, operational and training support
Creates employee records and enters individual data
Maintains employee records by processing promotions, suspensions, terminations, changes to personal data and other updates

Požadujeme

Fluent in English
Previous experience in HR processing
Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, controls and regulations
Experience with an ERP system and Microsotf tools
