Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for interview candidates and recruiters and also focusing on key administrative tasks.
This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain a new experience in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
- Organize interview and assessment days
- Guide candidates through interviews
- Process purchase orders and travel expense requests
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Support with administrative tasks in internal systems
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in administration and HR
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage and organize own workload and tasks
