The general terms and conditions of the FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. job portal (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) govern the relationships between the Provider and Users (hereinafter referred to as the User) of the company's web services (hereinafter referred to as the Service).

The Provider allows Users to browse and enter data related to searching for a new job position or filling a vacancy on its website. Users agree to use the computer programs that enable the operation of this website. The Operator issues these Terms, which regulate the rights and obligations of the Operator and all persons when using the content or information published on the website. By using the FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. portal in any way, you agree to these Terms. At the Operator's discretion (e.g., in case of violation of the terms), access to this job portal may be denied.

The User may not use the obtained data for further commercial activities. Any content of the portal, i.e., information displayed on the FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. website and information obtained by the visitor through some paid services, downloaded materials, and all content related to the operation of the FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. job portal, may only be used by visitors for personal use without commercial exploitation. The provided data is intended for job searching or obtaining additional information about work (related articles, etc.); potential employers, recruitment agencies, and employment agencies may use it only to search for suitable employees through job advertisements, resume searches, etc., without any unfair practices, according to these General Terms.

The condition for using the Provider's services is free registration, where a potential employer, employment agency, or recruitment agency registers their company based on their assigned company ID. If the User provides false information, the Provider will not publish the requested services. These services related to job advertisements and information about the employer, employment agency, or recruitment agency are paid services and are governed by the valid price list currently available on the Service's website.

For Users searching for a new job position through the job portal, information from potential employers, employment agencies, and recruitment agencies is free, and registration is not required.

By registering a company, the User obtains login credentials, which are confidential, and the Provider must not disclose these credentials to third parties. However, the Provider is not responsible for any misuse of entrusted data if the User shares these credentials with others. When creating an account, the User also agrees to the relevant terms for advertising, browsing resumes, and entering company data, logos, and photos as per the employer, employment agency, and recruitment agency registration on the website.
In this case, the User undertakes not to disclose the password to anyone and to protect it. The User is responsible for their account, even if they share credentials with a third party and that party engages in unfair practices or violates the terms of operating the Fair Job portal through the account. Such actions by another person through the registered account are considered actions of the User—the account owner.
It is prohibited to log into accounts that the User did not create and does not have authorization for, or to use or misuse them in any way. In case of account misuse, the Provider must be notified immediately.

If the User loses their password, it is possible to set a new password after verifying identity via the User's email address.

The User alone decides what information to provide to the Operator related to searching for new job positions. Data listed in advertisements, such as job description, salary, benefits, and other information related to the offered position, are for job/temporary work applicants only as indicative and non-binding. An applicant cannot claim the conditions stated in the advertisement in court or otherwise. The advertisement may contain, for example, incorrect, outdated, or false information about the employer, employment agency, or recruitment agency. The User is solely responsible for incorrect, incomplete, and outdated information. The job portal operator is not obliged to verify this information. Binding and accurate information is only that which is confirmed in writing by the employer, employment agency, or recruitment agency in a valid employment contract.

The Operator reserves the right to delete any data, statement, or information that is contrary to good morals or is unethical. Also, nonsensical or inaccurate data, or data expressing political or religious views, vulgarities, and advertisements with erotic content. The Operator is not required to notify the User of this fact.

All duplicate advertisements or those with the same content will be deleted. In case of responses to job or temporary work offers, the response, including contact details, is sent only to the offeror's email address provided in the job offer. This email is not visible in the job offer. The User is further responsible for protecting all such personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The Operator does not have access to or record this data.

Any intentional or unintentional damage to the job portal (introduction of viruses, Trojan horses, or DOS attacks) will be punishable by law, and the Operator reserves the right to remove all data and programs associated with these activities. The User is fully liable for any damage caused to the Operator by their actions (e.g., damaging reputation, providing fraudulent information, etc.).

The User undertakes to compensate the Provider for any harm caused by such an attack.

The Operator also reserves the right to cancel an account if it is used in a non-standard way, by copying content, or in any way disrupting the proper functioning of the website. Overloading the server, attempting to damage the website, using robots, misusing information contained on the website, sending unsolicited emails—spam, responding to advertisements without the intention of being employed or obtaining further information about work, acting on behalf of the Operator, damaging its reputation, collecting and gathering data from the website or publishing it on other websites, e.g., in resumes, advertisements, etc., entering false, incomplete, and misleading information.

The User acknowledges that the data provided is of a public nature and is disclosed to potential future employers, including the publication of the attached resume, or to employees.

The User acknowledges that the range of potential employers may change. The User agrees that the above-mentioned entities may access their personal data and possibly contact them with a job offer.

The User confirms that they have been informed of these facts, that it was their duty to read the General Terms and Conditions, and that they agree.

The Operator informs Users that it uses cookies for the following reasons: to distinguish individual Users and display relevant data only for the specific User. This is a basic setting affecting the display of the website. The Operator may also use cookies for anonymous statistics for third parties, which excludes the collection of specific personal data. By using the Service in any way, the User agrees to the use of so-called technical (functional) cookies necessary for the operation of the Service. These are small text files stored on your PC or other device when browsing the website. More information about cookies is described in the document Cookies.

The Operator has the right to regular technical maintenance of the system, and the User is not entitled to any compensation for this reason.

By permission, FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. and the website content are protected by intellectual property rights, and in accordance with legal regulations, further dissemination of data obtained from the website is prohibited.

The legal relationship between the Operator and the User is governed by the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and other legal regulations and generally binding legal regulations.

The Operator may unilaterally change these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and they have been valid since November 1, 2016.
