Privacy Protection
We keep your personal data private and secure, allowing you full control over it.
When you use the services of FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o., you entrust us with various information, including your personal data. In this privacy policy, you will learn mainly what services we provide, what personal data we process, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We take the protection of your privacy seriously, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with our practices. If you have any questions regarding personal data, [email protected].
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
All services of FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. are in some way related to job searching, recruitment processes, and personal development.
The provider of these services is FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o., a limited liability company established on February 23, 2016. It is registered in the Commercial Register under file number C 45570, Regional Court in Hradec Králové.
PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
We process the most personal data during the recruitment process, i.e., when you use our services to find employment. Some data is mandatory, serving only for basic identification (name, surname, email, possibly phone), other data is provided by applicants in their CVs and profiles without us explicitly requesting certain information. It is not possible to list all personal data we process, as there is no standard CV template and each applicant may provide completely different information.
Generally, we process the following data: name and surname, title, date of birth, photo, email, phone, field of activity, work experience, education, citizenship, language skills, completed courses, training and certificates, knowledge and skills, personal interests.
We never require personal data that is not necessary for the given purpose (e.g., personal identification number, ID card number, copies of documents, etc.).
Our other services, which are not related to the recruitment process, usually work only with basic identification and contact details (name, surname, email, possibly phone). The reason for collecting this data is to ensure a functioning service and to maintain the user's history with the service.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
We use personal data in our services only for the purpose for which it was provided, and we always inform users transparently about this purpose.
It is important to emphasize that we are not always in the position of data controller. If a job applicant responds to a job posting on the portals, the data controller is the employer advertising the position. FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is in the position of data processor.
If the applicant does not give the employer consent to process personal data beyond the given purpose (i.e., applying for the selection procedure), the applicant's data is deleted after the selection procedure ends, or after a maximum of six months.
If the applicant gives FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. consent to process personal data beyond the given purpose, FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is both the controller of this data and the processor for the client. The purpose is always stated in the privacy notice or in the consent text.
Applicants and clients acknowledge that the client is not authorized to transfer applicants' personal data to other employers unless applicants are transparently informed. If the client is a recruitment agency that transfers applicants' personal data to its clients – employers, applicants are informed in the privacy notice at the end of each advertisement. If the client is a group of companies sharing recruitment (common in holdings and company groups), applicants are again informed in the notice.
OTHER PROCESSORS
FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is authorized to process personal data both automatically and manually, also through designated processors. Personal data is/will be accessible only to authorized employees of FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. or processor employees, and only to the extent necessary for processing purposes.
Most processors have only limited access to applicants' personal data. Data is sometimes transferred to other processors, but only minimally. No other processor is authorized to use the provided personal data for its own, marketing, or any other purposes.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Contact details (email, possibly phone) of our clients and users are used for sending commercial communications related only to our own services. These are mostly products and services similar to those we have already provided to the applicant/client. We may use these contacts for sending if the recipient has not previously refused this use.
Everyone has the right to refuse commercial communications at any time free of charge via the link in the communication or by sending a message to any contact listed in the footer of these Principles. The conditions for sending commercial communications are further regulated by Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and on amendments to certain laws (Act on Certain Information Society Services), as amended.
We would also like to emphasize that not every message you receive from us is a commercial communication. In providing the service, it is sometimes necessary to communicate with users and clients, and with a large number of recipients, it is not possible to do so otherwise than by sending a mass email. Some messages sent in this communication are therefore not commercial communications (e.g., notifications of changes to terms and conditions).
Based on your previous visit to our services, you may see reminders in the form of advertising messages on some websites, inviting you to return to our sites. For this, we use services from Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Seznam.cz, or AdForm, which use cookies stored in your browser to detect your visit.
To offer our services to other users similar to you, we use lookalike audience services provided by Google and Facebook. Both services store a coded key (hash ID) as a person identifier. In other words, they do not store your email address.
We never provide advertising companies and social network operators with your attached CVs or data extracted from them.
COOKIES
We use cookies to provide our users and clients with the best possible services. A cookie is a small file that a website stores on the user's hard drive and is not used to obtain personal data about users (the information obtained may include the IP address of the connecting computer or the type of browser used), but to distinguish individual users accessing the FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. pages.
Our pages may also contain third-party cookies, which FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. uses to obtain anonymous statistics about site traffic and typical user behavior on individual pages. These third parties generally do not store any personal data in connection with the use of cookies, as the user's identity is unknown to them (provided the user is not also a registered user of such third-party products, e.g., Google).
Users can disable cookies in their browser settings, but this choice will affect the proper display of the pages.
IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING OUR SERVICES
To improve our services, we use data obtained through how users use our services. The result should be maximum optimization of service quality, especially the best possible job recommendations to applicants using our job portal. Data obtained for these purposes at FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is stored so that our employees cannot identify users' actual personal data.

All persons who come into contact with clients' personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractually assumed obligations are bound by a legal or contractual confidentiality obligation.
Upon request, FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is obliged to provide your personal data to state authorities (e.g., Police of the Czech Republic, state offices during inspections, if necessary, etc.).
YOU ALWAYS HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA
Every user of our services has the following rights, which we fully respect at FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o.:
Transparency
Whenever personal data is entered within the services of FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o., users are always transparently informed about the purpose for which the data may be used, who processes the data, and who manages it. This document is part of every such notice, which refers to it.
Right of access to personal data
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, has the right to access such personal data. Upon request, we always provide our users with all information about the processing of personal data where we are the data controller (requests can be sent by email to [email protected]). If a user wishes to obtain information about personal data sent to clients, they should contact the client who is the data controller.
Right to rectification
If an applicant finds that their personal data is being processed inaccurately or incorrectly, they have the right to have their personal data corrected without delay (requests can be sent by email to [email protected]).
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
If personal data is processed for the fulfillment of a purpose and is no longer needed for that purpose, we automatically delete it. If personal data is processed based on consent and the data subject withdraws consent, we delete the personal data. It should be noted that we delete personal data for which we are the controller. For personal data held by clients, the right to erasure should be exercised with clients in the position of data controllers. Furthermore, the right to erasure is not absolute, and if we have an objective obligation to retain data (e.g., accounting), we will delete personal data that is no longer needed for the original processing purposes. Requests for erasure can be sent by email to [email protected].
Right to restriction of processing
Data subjects have the right to have us restrict the processing of personal data (requests can be sent by email to [email protected]), if: i) the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; or ii) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests restriction of their use instead; or iii) the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or iv) the data subject has objected to processing, pending verification of whether the controller's legitimate grounds override those of the data subject.
Right to privacy protection
If an applicant/customer finds or believes that FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is processing their personal data in a manner contrary to the protection of their private and personal life or contrary to the law, especially if personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of processing, they may request FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. for an explanation or demand that FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. remedy the situation, in particular by blocking, correcting, supplementing, or destroying personal data (requests can be sent by email to [email protected]).
If FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. does not comply with the applicant/customer's request according to the previous sentence, the applicant/customer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
CONTACTS
The Data Protection Officer at FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is available at: [email protected]
If the client is the data controller, the client's contact details are provided either in the notice included in the advertisement or on the client's website. If the user does not know the client's contact through which they can exercise their rights, FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. will provide this contact.
CONCLUSION
These Principles take effect on June 1, 2025, and are available online on the WOFINO website. FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. is authorized to change these Principles if necessary in the manner agreed for changing the terms of use of FAIR JOB PORTAL s.r.o. services.
