Key responsibilities:
" Craft and architect the blueprint of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring a robust and scalable design.
" Steer the deployment and ongoing maintenance of cloud applications, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficiency and consistency.
" Tackle and resolve any hurdles encountered within our cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations.
" Collaborate with application development and corporate application teams to innovate and create cutting-edge cloud-based solutions.
" Uphold and enforce high standards and best practices, ensuring our cloud infrastructure remains top-notch.
" Serve as a technical guru, offering insights and direction to other teams within the company, aligning with their unique requirements.
We would love to see:
" AWS Associate certification or 2+ years of experience with ECS, RDS, ELB, VPC, S3, IAM, Route53, and serverless computing.
" Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform and CDKTF.
" At least 5 years of experience in Linux (Debian, Centos, Amazon Linux).
" Expertise in Docker, virtualization, and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt.
" Strong skills in Python and Bash scripting.
" Ability to apply security best practices in a cloud environment and optimize infrastructure costs.
" Experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux-based services and cloud infrastructure.
" Knowledge in deploying and configuring MySQL and Postgres databases.
" Understanding of TCP networking, IPSEC, VPN, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
