Are you a fresh graduate or a junior candidate excited about accounting and finance? Join the team of our international client as Junior Accounts Payable Analyst at the Prague branch and gain experience in a multinational company producing many of the strongest brands of everyday care products.
- Timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable for EMEA countries
- Processing invoices in the accounting system and keeping records for company purposes
- Processing payment requests from vendors and solving any discrepancies
- Processing customer inquiries and requests
- Maintaining continuous communication with vendors regarding payments and related documents
Requirements
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Communicative English at least at B2 level
- Keen interest in accounting and finance
- Strong MS Excel skills and good skills in other MS Office tools
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, or a degree in finance, business administration or accounting
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
