The Spa Treatment Manager will oversee and optimize daily Spa operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and maintaining high service standards. Reporting to the Spa Director, responsibilities include team management, training coordination, and creating a healthy work atmosphere.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Conduct on-the-job training and orientations.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager for training needs.
- Uphold policies for safety and sustainability.
- Act as a hotel ambassador.Manage Spa a Wellness interactions, enhancing retail sales, upselling treatments, and handling related administration.
- Conduct regular refresher trainings for spa therapists.
- Coordinate therapist schedules to accommodate guest needs.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to licenses, qualifications, and contracts.
Požadujeme
- Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury 5* Spa or Fitness and Wellness environment at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy with a quick learning ability for new software.
- Smart, well-presented, and passionate about delivering exceptional spa experiences.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Approachable, open-minded, and fair.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
- Qualifications in face and body therapy, fully licensed.
- Additional languages considered beneficial.
