Staff Electrical Engineer – Biometrics | Prague
We’re looking for an experienced electrical engineer who wants to play a key role in designing high-end biometric devices used worldwide (fingerprint, facial, and iris recognition). You’ll take the lead from initial concept, through prototyping, all the way to production. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing), mentoring junior colleagues, and speaking directly with customers on technical matters.If you enjoy technical challenges, like to work on real-life products, and want to be part of a stable international company (without unnecessary corporate layers), this role is for you. 3+ years of team/technical leadership in electronic designDeep knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed-signal designExperience with full electronics lifecycle (concept → production)Familiar with EMC, manufacturability (DFM), and testability (DFT)Hands-on with E-CAD tools (ideally Altium)Fluent English, presenting to international audiences
