Benefits Supervisor
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the employee benefits delivery in assigned countries in EMEA. This role is in a direct touch with the internal and external business partners, ensuring the employee benefits package remains competitive and is appropriately delivered for the best talent. Support the Osprey project with the separation of part of the Johnson and Johnson business. Preparing, reviewing and updating detailed country benefit plan summaries.Aligning with ER/LR, Payroll/TimeaAttendance and CSTR on the accuracy of the benefit plan summaries.Preparation of benefit plan transition strategies in collaboration with CSTRTransition strategy implementation – benefit/pension plan changes, new benefit/pension plansBenefit and pension contracts separation/Setting up new benefit and pension contracts for the new companyNew benefit/pension vendors onboardingFYB contents separationCoordinate the separation of benefits HR data flows between Workday, FYB and third-party vendorsEnsure stakeholders, benefit vendors and employee communications in relation to the benefit/pension plan changesAskGS support to impacted employees on benefit and pension queriesDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for benefits or pension policies and procedures, providing training and support to other HR teams and employees as neededContribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing of all relevant working experiences with issues resolution creating a knowledge database for future referenceIdentify opportunities, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the benefits and pension programs and administration processesRespond to complex employee inquiries/cases related to benefits, pension or leaves, providing exceptional customer service, support and solutions to enhance employee engagement and understanding of their benefits options

Languages skills: English (fluent oral and written), any other language is advantage, but not required (French, German, Spanish, Italian)Proficient with using datasets, MS Office and the use of analytics for insights and decision making. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SFDC is an assetExperience in benefits delivery or a related HR function with a strong understanding of employee benefit programs including but not limited to risk, health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary benefitsVery good communication and negotiation skills, able to interact with people at all levelsExperience in leading projects, process redesign and new implementationsExperience in working with benefit brokers, 3rd party vendors and benefit/pension administration activitiesAble to work independently on projects and take responsibility for own delivery
