Your RoleAs a Product Owner / Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in managing the product backlog and ensuring smooth delivery of features and updates across multiple products. You’ll collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and global teams to deliver solutions that drive business value. ResponsibilitiesEnsuring successful delivery of product features and functionalitiesCoordinating client-specific projects with internal teamsDefining product vision, specifications, and roadmapsManaging scope, budget, tasks, and backlog prioritiesOrganizing stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectivesLeading release planning and coordinating with other Product OwnersCollaborating with stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with strategy

Skills a QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Project ManagerStrong Agile expertise and excellent analytical skillsFluent in Czech and English (written a spoken)Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsStrong communicator and negotiator, able to manage diverse stakeholdersWillingness to travel a few days per year to the headquarters in Denmark
