Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist who will manage excellent purchasing and ensure continuity of supply in key categories. In this position, you will develop and implement procurement strategies, lead negotiations with suppliers, and manage performance to achieve measurable cost savings and business improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping purchasing strategies and contributing to the long-term success of the company.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, supply continuity, and working capital improvement
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract closing, and performance management
• Promote cost optimization initiatives, including value engineering and risk reduction
• Collaborate across functions with HR, finance, IT, and purchasing departments to align strategies
• Use analytical tools (Excel, SAP) to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Požadujeme

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to manage suppliers and coordinate stakeholders
• Knowledge of data analysis and ERP/e-sourcing platforms (SAP, RFQ tools)
• Independence, results-oriented, business and financial experience
