Payroll Analyst

Are you passionate about accuracy, compliance, and making a real impact behind the scenes? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst to join our international HR operations team supporting the Sweden cluster, with primary responsibility for payroll processes in the UK.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery for multiple countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Ireland – with a focus on the UK). Your attention to detail and organizational skills will support the entire payroll lifecycle – from data validation to answering employee inquiries.

• Payroll Execution:
  1. Timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles using country-specific templates
  2. Management of inputs: base pay, new hires, separations, bonuses, schedule changes, and one-time payments
  3. Coordination with third-party vendors or in-house teams
• Collaboration a Communication:
  1. Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure complete and accurate payroll data
  2. Prepare internal and external payroll-related communications
  3. Act as liaison for vendor system updates or process improvements
• Compliance a Controls:
  1. Ensure compliance with SOX, statutory, and internal controls
  2. Manage and submit year-end returns and statutory filings (P11D, PSA, ERS, STBV)
  3. Own audit processes (internal and external)
• Process Ownership:
  1. Maintain annual payroll calendar and communicate updates
  2. Maintain and update process documentation
  3. Make process improvement recommendations to Cluster Payroll Lead
  4. Support payroll-related and cross-functional projects

Požadujeme

• Certification: Payroll Advanced Technician Certificate (CIPP preferred)
• Experience: 3–5 years in payroll processing/operations; multinational or service center environment preferred
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK payroll processes, regulations, and vendors
• Tools: Experience with SDWorx, CORE, Workday, Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
• Skills: English fluency, strong analytical abilities, research and compliance knowledge, familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g. DTPs)
