About the Role

Small but ambitious fintech company looking for an experienced IT Administrator with AWS expertise. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your projects in a dynamic start-up environment without rigid corporate structures. You’ll have freedom in how you approach your work while collaborating closely with a motivated team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, monitor, and maintain specifically AWS infrastructure and related IT systems
• Implement and support security best practices across platforms
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure reliability of IT operations
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements
• Directly cooperate with CEO

Požadujeme

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Administrator focused on AWS
• Proven experience in fintech or banking environments (must-have)
• Strong proactive approach and ownership mindset
• Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)
• Availability to work primarily Mondays and Wednesdays in-office, with other days flexible
