Business Analyst

• Support sales teams with quoting, booking, and account data management in Salesforce. 
• Troubleshoot system issues and guide users to resolve errors. 
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Partner Ops, Order Management). 
• Cleanse, enrich, and correct customer account data. 
• Ensure compliance with booking and revenue recognition standards. 
• Communicate with U.S. teams, especially during quarter/year-end periods.  

Požadujeme

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. 
• Background in Sales Operations, ideally in software or SaaS environments. 
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). 
• Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience. 
• Flexibility during critical periods (month/quarter/year-end).
