Associate Project Manager

We are looking for an E2E Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic and international team within a leading global consumer goods company. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects across the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch — driving innovation, efficiency, and value creation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape products used by millions of people every day.

• Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure delivery of defined goals on time and within scope.
• Define and plan projects from conceptualization through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across all project phases to maintain progress and alignment.
• Monitor and manage project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation or optimization actions as needed.
• Ensure operational readiness prior to launch and smooth transition into implementation.
• Oversee communication with senior management, including project status, risks, and key decisions.
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure all initiatives align with portfolio value and business objectives.
• Lead product artwork management in collaboration with external agencies for new product launches.
• Drive process and governance excellence to support effective evaluation and approval of NPD (New Product Development), Lifecycle Management, and Value Creation projects.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or functional leaders.
• Provide regular updates and maintain transparent communication across all organizational levels.
• Conduct post-launch reviews, track contribution to brand value, and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.

Požadujeme

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business a Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a related professional field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Project Management Professional (PMP/PPM) certification.
• Training or certification in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid business and organizational acumen, including knowledge of project-related finance.
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes and terminology.
• Comfort with high-level exposure to senior management; strong presentation, rhetoric, and stakeholder-management skills.
